"We had our rehearsal dinner at The Phoenix and it was such a lovely night! The building was a Jewish Men's Club in the late 1800s and 1900s and it is gorgeous! Lilly was able to give us a backstory of the building when we toured it and she was helpful throughout the entire process of picking the space and the meal. We actually got upgraded to a bigger space when no one else rented it! At the end of the night, Lilly gave us a bottle of champagne and 2 glasses to celebrate. From our first tour of the stunning historic venue to being available for multiple calls, menu and floorplan revisions, and early load in of event props the week before, the team was incredibly communicative, flexible and accessible. Day of, event captain Jenna and the entire team was so on point for every detail to make the day a success. The food was absolutely high end and fantastic, both in presentation and taste. The space was set up according to spec (they even provided chargers at no additional charge and sent me multiple place setting options to choose from the day before). "The Phoenix is the absolute best. We only did two tastings when choosing a caterer for our wedding, and the second tasting was really just to confirm how good The Phoenix is. The food served at our wedding was incredible (dinner was spring vegetable risotto or filet mignon). Our guests raved about the quality of the food and how well the filet was cooked. The food was several notches above what you think of as typical wedding food. We worked with several people at The Phoenix, and everyone was so nice and accommodating. "We had such a great experience at the Phoenix. We initially planned to have our rehearsal dinner at the Phoenix, but as a result of Covid-19, we ended up moving our event to this location. Lilly was so incredibly accommodating and worked with us to ensure it was still a fantastic day, despite having to significantly reduce our headcount. Leading up to the day, Lilly and her team were extremely responsive and answered all our questions. They gave us great advice on how to navigate a smaller wedding and met with us multiple times as we tried to map out what the event would entail.
