-Garfield Garage is right next door to the reception hall (The Phoenix). 

-To enter the Phoenix handicap accessible entrance

Go to the elevators on the east side of the garage closest to the exit. When you exit the garage you will take a left onto Ninth Street. Then look for the black awning that says "The Phoenix" (elevator located inside).

- To enter The Phoenix main entrance

Go to the elevators on the east side of the garage. When you exit the garage, take a left onto Ninth Street, and then take another left on Race Street. Look for the black awning that says "The Phoenix" (staircase inside).
