Sous Chef (part time)

The Sous Chef assists the the Executive Chef in food preparation and back-of-the-house duties as needed. Applicants for this part-time position must:

  • Have previous sous chef or kitchen manager experience
  • Must be very hospitable
  • Be able and willing to float from catering to assisting with restaurant business
  • Be well groomed and present themselves well at all times
  • Be willing to work late nights, weekends and/or holidays

Banquet Captain (part time)

The Banquet Captain serves as a lead for food service during private events at The Phoenix. This position is part-time, with competitive hourly wages. Applicants for this position must:

  • Have 2-3 years banquet/catering experience, preferably in a supervisor/management position
  • Be able to supervise banquet staff in the completion of assigned functions and set-up, as well as oversee the service and breakdown of events in a safe and timely manner.
